Directions First you must have an Income goal and Divide income goal by profit per sale which will tell you the sales need _ and x that by the number of people you need to expose your company to reach your income goal.

So take your income goal $____________ divided by $__________ which is your profit per sale which will give you how many sales are needed to reach your income goal. Then you take your sales needed __ and x that by the number of exposures you have to make a sale.

We are going to look at several methods and make some suggestions for the best methods to use, however, if you do not see the method you use in your business you will need to do some testing by keeping track of how many people you needed to expose to your marketing message to make one sale and if those numbers remain constant over the next 9 sales you can continue to use those numbers and as you see from the research published by the Direct Marketing Association  the phone is the straightest path to your financial success! No website, no social media, no understanding of how to use the internet or it’s technology.

According to InsideSales.com, 70% of all sales transactions are done over the phone and only 30% of sales are done through marketing so that means there is 70% of the people who have the potential of being your customer.

The marketplace is filled with different money making opportunities however, nothing will give you the results that the phone and direct mail will.

Let’s start out y looking at the phone, followed by direct mail.

ASSIGNMENT #1: The Phone

Instead of going for a sale it may be smarter to generate an interested prospect/lead because 9 out 10 people I cold call say YES and follow up by phone.

1st Call = 2% buy | 48% Never follow up

3rd Call = 4% buy | Another 12% Never try again
4th Call = 10% buy | Another 6% Never try again
5th Call = 81% buy | Another 10% Never try again

This is why it is so easy to be a top 1% income earner, and or a top producer in your industry. If you follow up 5X or more you will do more than 97% of anyone in your industry.
