As our health declines we first go from optimal, to poor metabolic health which is cause from high blood from eating to much junk food, if we do not change our lifestyle which took us 15-20 to get here, if we do nothing to change our health 5 years later we become pre-daibetic, if we do not change our lifestyle 5 years later we become diabetic, and if we do not change our lifestyle and start taking care of our health 5 years later we start having kidney issues, cancer, heart issues, and very serious health problems.
