The market place is filled with business opportunities, books, and coursing promising you they can help you get rich with their programs and yes, there some truth to this however, as you see in the following video with Dr. Jordan Peterson who says the greatest predictor of wealth is IQ and a personality trait called Conscientiousness.

However, many of the people who fail to make money in these programs do so because of they have a personality trait known as agreeableness which hurts their chances to make money in the workplace and in a business as you see Dr. Jordan Peterson explain in the following video.

Lets look at each one of these traits starting with IQ:

Conscientiousness

There are many very smart people who are poor because of not having the personality trait of conscientiousness which breaks up into 4 smaller personality types as you see in the following video with Tia Lopez.

Non of these money making programs, including Tai Lopez talk about the personality you must have to be successful. They talk about why their tactic is so much better, and why you will be successful with their programs however, unless you “Put On The New Personality” you will never become successful.

What do Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Richard Branson, Albert Einstein, Jennifer Aniston, John Lennon, and myself all have in common? We all have been diagnosed with a so-called learning disability called dyslexia.

Dyslexics are 400% more likely to become millionaires however, dyslexics also tend to have a very high IQ however, dyslexics also tent to have a very hard life in which they have been made fun of, criticise, and gone through enough emotional trauma to give them the other personality trait of wealth which is conscientiousness.

Immigrant are 200% more likely to become millionaires in American than those who are actually born here however, you don’t have to have dyslexia or be an immigrant to develop this personality trait.

No one is born with conscientiousness, they develop it.

Life is to easy for most people, when they come up against a little bit of resistance they quit. Dr. David Bust says the other way people change, is only once that have gone through enough pain.

Conscientiousness is develop through grit.

Do you ever notice that many millionaires where once homeless. They have gone through enough pain to never want to experince that kind of pain again.

People from Paul Mitchel, Dwayne, The Rock Johnson, Jewel, Steve Harvey and home based business gurus like Matt Morris, Dani Johnson, and even David Wood were once homeless.

I work with many people who refuse to do the work it takes to become successful because it is to pain for them however, when you compare the pain of homelessness to lets say the pain of cold calling.

There is no comparison however, most people have not gone through enough pain, for them to want to change.

However, you do not need to get hit by a car to know it hurts! You can watch the pain other people go through to change our own life.

Richard Dawkins says: “There are those who only learn from trial and error, and then there are those who learn from others trial and error”.

Dawkins explains we have the biggest brains of all life on earth and thus can predict the outcome.

Conscientiousness people know they have to work 10X harder than everyone else to get the same results, which is why so many of them end up working smarter and 10X harder.

Having a agreeable personality might sound like a admirable trait to have. Agreeable people are considered nice however, as you see from the following video with Dr. Jordan Peterson, agreeable people are cowards.

In the article “Personality Types That Cause Disease” you will see agreeable people are more likely to get cancer and other life threatening diseases.

Agreeable peoples primary concern is, is the work enjoyable however, successful people are more concerned with the results. For example another quote from Tim Grovers book “Relentless” “Crave the results so intently that the work become irrelevant”.

Another quote I got from the Navy Seals is “It’s all about the mission, the mission does not care how you feel”.

I work in the most efficient ways in order to get results, it may not alway be enjoyable but am focused on my results. I have spent to many years, because I had an overly agreeable personality.

Instead of selling you every business opportunities, books, and coursing they should focus on helping you develop your IQ and being Conscientiousness.
