How Smart People Solve Their Problems And Why 90% People Ignore This!

If You Could Fix Any Area Of Your Life What Would It Be?

Listen up, folks! We've got millions of peeps out there wrestling with life's curveballs. But here's the deal – no matter what you're going through, there's always been some wise soul who's walked that same path and found the golden ticket out!

As the legendary Will Smith once dropped some knowledge bombs, "There have been millions and gazillions of people who have lived before us and there is no new problem you can have that someone has not written the solution down in a book." And you know what? Old Willy boy's onto something. It's harmony with Joshua 1:8 from the Bible said, "This Book of the Law as it should not depart from your mouth, and you must read it in an undertone day and night, in order to observe carefully all that is written in it; for then your way will be successful and then you will act wisely."

So here's the deal, amigos – I might be wrestling with a problem you've already aced, and vice versa. Just 'cause life ain't serving you rainbows and unicorns right now, doesn't mean it's a forever deal. I mean, think about it – the average Joe spends a whopping 6 hours glued to the TV, and another 2 hours hypnotized by their cell phone, usually doing some pretty unproductive stuff (like Tik Tok dance videos, smashing buttons in video games, texting, and FaceTiming). Why not channel that time into something that'll kick your life into high gear?

So, bottom line – let's swap those screen binges for a dose of wisdom and problem-solving. Time's ticking, and we've got a world of solutions waiting in those dusty old books.

Most People Would Rather Complain About Their Problems Rather Than Doing Something About It

Well, strap in, folks, 'cause we've all heard that old chestnut – "history repeats itself." Yep, it's like a never-ending deja vu parade, and you know what that means? We've got a treasure trove of wisdom passed down from folks who've walked this bumpy road before us, whether they're kicking it on Earth or hanging out in the great beyond.

But here's the kicker – most folks waste precious time running away from their problems, instead of rolling up their sleeves and hunting down solutions like a boss.

Take, for instance, the money saga. People love to whine about it, but here's the scoop – billions of our hard-earned tax dollars have gone into cracking the financial code, yet most of us just let it gather dust. The average Joe buys fewer than 2 books a year. Now, on the flip side, your average millionaire? Well, they dedicate a solid 60 minutes daily to soak in that sweet knowledge about business and finances.

Warren Buffett? That dude devours 800-1000 pages daily. Bill Gates? He's on reading vacations. Even Rick Harrison from Pawn Stars goes all-in with 4 hours a day. My first mentor dropped 90 grand on college for a shiny 30k-a-year job. But when he splurged a hundred grand on business books, courses, and seminars, he was raking in a million bucks within three years.

So here's the deal, folks – whatever life's tossing your way, instead of drowning in TV, video games, and a futile escape act, invest that time in hunting down solutions. Know thyself, and if your ears are your best pals, grab some audiobooks and programs. Listen in the car, before snoozeville, or at home sweet home.

Now, check out that graph in your workbook. The bottom 20%? They only take action when pain's got them by the throat. Then you've got the 60% cruising along in "status quo" land – not thrilled but not rock bottom either.

learning-to-live

But here's where the party's at – the top 20%, the "high performers." They're living the good life, but they ain't settling. See, the average Joe faces some major curveball every 18 months or so. So instead of twiddling their thumbs and waiting for trouble, high performers are the "proactive" bunch. They see problems from a mile away and take 'em down before they even show up.

So, where do you stand on this wild graph of life? Are you reacting or proactively owning your destiny? It's time to step up and be the hero of your own story!

You Were Not Born Knowing How To Walk, Talk Or Drive A Car Were You?

These are all skills you learned when you needed them. Making money, saving money, getting in shape, even your marriage and relationships are all skills you learned when the time was right. We are each different and don't develop these skills at the same age and in some cases, we never learn them.

So no matter what issues you have in life, you should spend 60 minutes each and every day educating yourself on the subjects. However, society today wants the fast version and that's where we come in.

Don't Leave Your Live In Someone Else's Hands

Well, well, well, look who's craving that sweet, sweet "instant gratification." Yep, we're living in an age where we want results served up on a silver platter, and we want 'em now, no sweat required. But here's the kicker – in our quest for the quick fix, we're missing out on the glorious feeling of internal gratification that comes from good old-fashioned hard work and learning the ropes.

Here's a newsflash, folks – most of us are handing the reins of our lives over to someone else. Take being sick, for example. Relying solely on your doc to fix you up? According to the American Medical Association, that's a one-way ticket to potential mistreatment, and guess what – it's one of the leading causes of DEATH! So why not take the bull by the horns and wrestle your life back into shape?

Don't just dump your health, finances, and relationships into someone else's lap. When you decide to seize control of your destiny by exploring the solutions others have discovered throughout history, that's when the real party starts. You'll be living a life that's not just productive but dripping with happiness.

How To Live A Balanced Lifestyle

Well, if you're aiming for that ultimate recipe for a happy, fulfilled life, it's all about keeping things balanced, my friends. When you manage to nail a few key areas of your life and keep 'em under control, it's like magic – the rest of the pieces just fall right into place. Yours truly spends hours every single day expanding my knowledge across the board and cooking up a plan to level up.

You know, there's that old saying, "It's not what you know but who you know." But I'm here to tell you, it's more than that – it's not just "who you are, who you know," but also "what they know." My greatest senseis and mentors have handed down their wisdom, and I've whipped up a shortcut to get all the different parts of your life into harmony. So, no matter what curveballs life hurls at you, there's always a lesson to be learned – whether from the living legends or the dearly departed.

And here's the kicker, folks – I don't think anyone ever truly crosses the finish line when it comes to self-improvement. It's a lifelong adventure, and trust me, it can be one heck of an exciting ride if you let it. So here's the deal – I'm extending an invitation, folks. Join me on this epic journey of self-improvement, and together, we'll crank up the excitement to a whole new level!

Watch Out For Healthy Junk Food!

Watch Out For Healthy Junk Food!

At this point, you are giving your body what it needs with vegetable smoothies which will help you make healthier choices, NOT BY DIETING, but rather by giving your body what it needs to diminish your junk food cravings. The problem with "so-called health foods" is they're advertising junk food as being good for you. In reality, they don't give your body what it needs. Many of these so-called healthy foods are filled with sugars and toxic chemicals that over time will lead to serious health consequences.

I have never been obese, however, I have had skinny fat. In other words, I looked skinny until I took my shirt off.

So I ate many of the same diet foods you have tried, however, again many of these so-called diet foods are really junk food in disguise. There is a biochemical reason why eating these health foods causes us to gain weight and be unhealthy. We have been conditioned to look at the calories however, not all calories are created equal.

For generations, we have been sold the idea we need meat and dairy for protein, however, as you see in the research below, broccoli has more protein than meat and dairy per calorie. Animal protein contains IGF-1 which the research shows increases your chance of cancer by 400%, and if you are above the age of 55-to-65, meat increases your odds of cancer by 600%.

Just like cigarette companies did in the past, food companies have spent billions of dollars trying to advertise their foods as being good for you.  They are actually more addictive because they release dopamine in the brain which are the same chemicals that are released in the brain with cocaine and intercourse.

So these foods can be quite addictive and cause high blood pressure, cancer, and diabetes, among other health issues.

Again, one of the reasons so many diet and fitness programs fail is because it expects people to go cold turkey. So in addition to giving the body what it needs Shakeology which kills your junk food cravings.

So we take things in small incremental stages. You may not be willing and able to make drastic changes in your eating habits all at once but if you make small lifestyle changes like intermittent fasting over time, these small changes will have a big impact on your health.  Here are the steps I took in my journey.

Stage #1) I gave up junk food and replaced it with fruit.  I had watched a video on Youtube about raw food and I became a fruitarian eating mostly bananas in which I lost 11 lbs. in my first 4 days. This decision wasn't healthy because the natural sugars from the fruit weren't giving me what I needed. However, because I was not giving my body what it needed, I lapsed into my same old bad habits.  It is important that when you give one thing up, you should replace it with something else.  Hopefully a healthy choice like exercise.

Stage #2) Oats - On a fruitarian diet, I would feel this pit in my stomach even though I was not hungry.  Oats seemed to fill this gap.  I started off with brown sugar with my oats, then exchanged brown sugar with pudding. I would mix it in with my oatmeal, exchange pudding for honey, and then honey for cinnamon, and finally ate only oats.

I poured my oats into a cup and added water.  After some time, I then started adding broccoli and other green leafy vegetables to my diet because broccoli has more protein than steak. I added ranch dressing with the broccoli, then moved from the dressing to hummus, and then finally just broccoli.

In the video, "The End of Dieting – How to prevent disease" by Dr. Joel Furham M.D, he suggests a plant-based diet, and because of IGF-1, he does not endorse the consumption of meat and dairy products. However, no matter what changes you are planning to make in your diet, to reduce your junk food cravings, you have to give your body what it needs.  By eating nutrition-rich foods or making them into a vegetable smoothie you can meet this need. To stop overeating and kill your junk food cravings you may decide to detox with our 3-day or 21-day detox,

If you were a smoker and stopped, your body would start detoxing itself if you go cold turkey and experience withdrawal symptoms. A smoker may feel ill, dizzy, etc, at first depending on how strong your health is.  You should consider medical intervention from your physician.

Stage 4, Kill Your Junk Food Cravings

The reason people fail when deciding to start losing weight, get in shape or get healthy is..... People think they can immediately change their lifestyle habits but they don't understand it takes time to adapt to these changes.  The key is cutting cravings.

Even though we are eating enough, we are still malnourished because we tend to eat low-quality foods.  We need the proper nutrition in our bodies, and if we don't get it, we overeat by consuming every few hours.  If we had the right food we would eat less.

In the video "The End of Dieting - How to prevent disease", Dr. Joel Furhman M.D suggests high nutrient-rich foods that are low in calories. He recommends a daily diet of cruciferous vegetables which are dark green vegetables like broccoli, and spinach, then raw nuts, 1/2 cup beans, legumes, streamed greens and NO MEATS, SUGARS, SALTS, etc...to kill our food addiction.

However, this is too big of a jump for most people because you may not be excited about eating broccoli, and kale which is why many people turn to what we call as fake health food, which is food that is marketed to be healthy but is not.  Much of this healthy food may lead to long-term health problems down the road.

Instead of giving in to our junk food addictions, we want to add high-quality food to meals.  Here is another key to weight loss.  For many of us, we don't chew our food enough times to get the full nutrition out of it.

We overcook the food and that removes most of its nutritional value.  Plus we chew our food a couple of times to get the taste out and quickly swallow it.  To get the best nutritional value out of food, we need to chew it enough times to break it down into a soft consistency.

One of the best ways to do this is by drinking vegetable smoothies, not juices. Juices have less fiber and when we drink fruit juice, there is no difference between orange juice and soda.  We need the fiber to fill us up and avoid the sugar that goes straight to our organs.  Smoothies, on the other hand, still contain the fiber we need and slow down the absorption of sugar into our bodies. Vegetable smoothies release nutrition for our bodies to get the most out of it.

I started out filling up on liquids and post poning my eating periods to later on during the day only eating 1-2 meals per day. Then I started to transition from liquids to drinking vegetable smoothies.

You need to have a balance! Yes, you need to include kale and other greens to get the proper nutrition your body needs, however, you need to make your smoothie tasty enough to finish it.  You also should keep in mind not to overdo it on the fruits. Just because fruit is natural doesn't mean it is always healthy. The fiber is what slows down the absorption of sugars however, sugar is sugar.

Over time you can begin to lessen the amount of fruit that goes into them.  If you are new to drinking smoothies, you may not know the best portion sizes for each ingredient to yield the highest nutritional value and have it still taste good.  Here is a sample for you to consider.
Vegtable smoothies is an easy transition for people to make because by adding fruit you can make your smoothies quite tasty. You may have heard not to add fruit to your smoothie which is partially true.

You will want to add greens to your smoothies because even 1 lb. of Kale has more than enough nutrition for the recommended daily dosage.  It also adds almost 15 grams of protein and is a great source of Vitamins A and C!  If you need vitamins in your diet, as long as you include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your smoothies, you will reach your daily recommendations.

The Knowledge Of The 1% Percent

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="20"]

For centuries the secret of wealth has been passed on from one generation to the next throughout the ages through oral traditions in small groups and organizations of people.

Andrew Carnegie who at one time was the richest person in America however, in what may like to appear that Andrew Carnegie wanted to make up for his sin in the way he acquired in his wealth by writing out his life plan  to spend the his last years giving all his wealth away. He also wanted to share this knowledge with the world.

Andrew Carnegie decided to do what he could to never let anyone experience the pain of poverty every again, he commissioned Napoleon Hill and introduced him to 500 of the most successful businessmen in the word to do a 25 year study of what these men have in common with each other which was released in 1925 as a correspondence course through mail through a series of booklets and in 1928 released it as the “Laws of Success” in one volume however, Henry Ford felt the “Laws of Success” revealed to many secrets and would create too much completion for him. So in 1931 after the death of Andrew Carnegie, they released as the classic “Think And Grow Rich”.

Which was marketed as a simplified version, however, in reality, it was nothing of a sort. “Think And Grow Rich” neglected to reveal the true secrets of success which was Andrew Carney dying wish.

In the movie the Matrix, Morpheus offers Neuro a red pill and a blue pill. If he takes the blue pill he will forget everything he just learned and will return to his normal life however, if he takes the red pill he will see the world as it really is.

I am offering you the red pill. To see the world as it really is which is the knowledge of the 1% which is a secret the is carefully guarded for many of the world's top elites. You can continue your struggle, or you can be freed and see how easy life really is.

You may know how to work for money but unless you understand how to earn money you are doing your family a huge disservice by neglecting your family of your precious time and resources because you are working way harder and longer than you need to.

In order to work for money you just have to know how to do a certain skill, however, in order to earn money you have to understand the type of simple mathematics that many of you were never taught when you went to school.

You do not understand how your car works, how you can send messages through the air and send and receive messages on your cell phones and thus you do not need to understand the science of why this works.

So you do not need to understand this; in order to benefit from it.

What Time Of The Day Do You Burn The Most Fat?

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Website. Full medical clearance from a licensed physician should be obtained before beginning or modifying any diet, exercise, or lifestyle program, and your physician should be informed of all nutritional change

At this point, you are hopefully skipping breakfast or at least postponing the first meal of your day for as long as possible by filling up on liquids.

The next step is eating during the proper stage of your digestion. This is the secret to burning fat! Of course, it is also helpful if you make the best eating choices, however, you may need to exhibit willpower to do so at this stage. Take small steps but continue to move forward. If you make too many changes at once, you may become frustrated and give up. This is why we recommend a transition diet by making small changes over time that will give you drastic results.

What I found to be successful for me was to go to McDonald's every morning and buy a large cup of sweet tea. I then filled up four cups with ice and kept refilling them with the sweet tea over the course of the day. This would keep me satiated until 7:00 or 8:00 at night. At the time, I continued to eat the same junk food that I had already been eating.

I followed this routine for several weeks. During this time period, I was eating in the proper stage of my digestion but was not focusing specifically on my weight. (See more on this below.)

I had noticed that my clothes felt looser but wasn't weighing myself on a regular basis. On Mondays, I would visit my friend's timeshare and hang out at the pool all day. As I was walking around the area, I happened to walk by a large mirror and I had to take a second look at my reflection. I had lost so much weight from my mid-section I didn't recognize myself. I weighed myself when I returned home and discovered I had lost 21 lbs within 2 months without "dieting".

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="1"]

According to an article published on Mayclinic.org, in general, to lose 1 1/2 pounds (0.7 kilograms) a week, you need to reduce your daily calories by 500 to 750 calories. however, you can speed up this process by eating in the proper stage of your digestion. This same article also shows that you need to burn 3,500 more calories than you take in to lose 1 lb.

https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/in-depth/calories/art-20048065

So how was I able to average 2 lbs. a day? Because I understood how and when to eat to maximize my fat burning and when we are finished, I believe you can also see successful weight loss. The following are strategies for your consideration.

For 5 to 6 hours after you eat, if you work out or engage in strenuous activity, you are more likely to burn off the calories from the food you just ate instead of fat that your body is storing. Hold off until later to exercise.

Six to eight hours after you eat, when you exercise, the food you ate earlier has been digested and you start to burn Glycogen which is sugar.

Finally, 8 to 12 hours after you eat, you are in the proper stage of your digestion to start effectively burning fat. So during this third stage of your digestion, you should engage in physical activity in order to burn the most fat. Even when you're sleeping, your burning fat. when you go to sleep about 8 hours after you eat you are then in the proper stage of your digestion to start burning fat.

This is why many people go for a morning run or go to the gym early in the morning. If you are experiencing a slight hunger, moderate physical activity like a set of push-ups can be an appetite suppressant.

In a video entitled "What Really Happens When We Fast" found on Dr. Eric Berggs Youtube channel, he describes additional benefits of fasting.

ATTENTION! The following video is provided by a 3rd party vender. If the video is no longer available it is because the owner of the video or Youtube removed the video from their servers. we apologize for any inconvenience.

As I reviewed above, there are 3 stages to our digestion, however, the more hours we push off our eating in the day, the increased benefits you can experience. At this point, it may be just enough to skip breakfast, as you continue building upon your willpower you may be able to postpone your eating until when most people eat dinner however, over time the more hours you will be able to postpone your eating.

In a video entitled "What Really Happens When We Fast" found on Dr. Eric Berg's Youtube channel, he describes additional benefits of fasting.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhmtoAYVRSo

During fasting, you should be postponing your eating no more than 12, 18, or at most 24 hours. You should periodically consider extended fasting periods of at least 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours. After 24 hours, you will experience a spike in growth hormones which assists in fat burning, anti-aging, healing joints, and producing new proteins. Your body starts going into autophagy where it starts to repair itself and reverse poor health issues you may be experiencing. At the 24 hour mark, your body is depleted of glycogen and begins to use ketones as an alternative fuel.

If you have ever done an extended fast, the first 24 hours is the hardest because these ketones suppress your appetite, and diminishes any junk food cravings you may have. Additional benefits include reduced inflammation and your digestion begins to heal, and your heart and brain function improve by producing new brain cells. You will experience the most benefits after 48 and 72 hours of prolonged fasting which you should only do periodically.

To get started, you should delay eating until after the 3rd stage of your digestion so that you can experience the maximum fat-burning benefits because fat is our most efficient energy source.

As with any change in your dietary habits and suggestions given in this post, it is recommended that you speak with a physician for guidance.

How to Get Out of Debt!

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="29"]

Introduction

let's talk about a little something that makes most people break out in a cold sweat: debt. Yeah, that's right, the dreaded D-word. We've all seen those Instagram models living the high life, flashing their Gucci and sipping champagne like it's tap water. But if you tried to keep up with their extravagant lifestyles without a bankroll the size of Fort Knox, you'd be diving headfirst into a financial Deadpool.

So, you might be wondering, do you want to escape the clutches of debt? Maybe you're dreaming of snagging that dream house or that sweet ride you've had your eye on. Or perhaps you're just plain sick and tired of feeling like you're trapped in a straightjacket of debt-induced stress.

Now, let me tell you, there are a bunch of so-called experts out there who'll tell you to pinch every penny and save your way out of debt. And that's where I have a bone to pick. Sure, it's one way to do it, but it's about as much fun as watching paint dry. I mean, seriously, who wants to follow that millionaire-next-door philosophy? It's all about hoarding your hard-earned cash, never savoring the sweet nectar of a Starbucks latte, never dining out, and basically living like a monk in the name of early retirement. Snooze-fest!

But here's the deal, folks. In this little chat, I'm gonna spill the beans on how one of my buddies, a guy I met when he was just a sprightly 28, managed to wipe out a whopping $180,000 worth of credit card and student loan debt. Yep, you heard that right – he pulled off a financial superhero move that would make even me raise an eyebrow.

So, stick around, because we're about to dive headfirst into the world of debt-busting with a twist of Alpha Lifestyle flair. It's gonna be a wild ride, my friends, and trust me, it's gonna be way more fun than counting pennies in a jar. Let's make debt disappear like it's a bad guy in a red suit!

Step #2 Organize Your Debt(s)

Alright, listen up, my fellow debt-slayers! It's time to take a good, hard look at that financial quagmire you're stuck in – mortgages, car payments, credit card debts, the whole shebang. But don't sweat it; we've got a plan that's gonna make this debt-busting journey feel like a walk in the park. And yes, we're bringing the Alpha flavor to the table.

Step 1: Grab your trusty workbook and action plans (check out the link below for those goodies). Inside, you'll find a nifty worksheet and some handy tools that'll make this process a breeze. No, seriously, it's like having a unicorn do your taxes – magical.

Step 2: Start by cataloging all your debts. Write 'em down, make a list, or even get artsy with it – just get those debts out of your head and onto the page.

Step 3: Now, here's where the magic happens. Take a gander at those debt amounts, and let's find the one that's ready to be vanquished first. How do you do that? By focusing on the debt you can eliminate the fastest, and that usually means paying the minimum amount. It's like spotting the weakest link in a chain and breaking it!

So, there you have it, in true Alpha style – catalog, calculate, and conquer! It's time to kick debt in the chimichangas and take control of your financial destiny. And remember, we've got your back with those handy tools, so go ahead and unleash your inner financial superhero!

Step #3 Focus On The Debt You Can Pay Off The Fastest

Well, well, well, time to slice and dice those debts, my fellow financial daredevils! I've got a Aplah approved strategy that'll have you grinning ear to ear as you conquer your financial foes. So listen up, 'cause we're about to drop some wisdom from the "How To Get Out Of Bad Debt" book, part of the legendary "Rich Dad Poor Dad" series.

Step 1: Pay the minimum amount on all your debts – except for the one that's about to feel the heat of your financial fury. Yep, that's right, pick the debt that you can obliterate in the fewest payments.

Step 2: Now, here's where the magic happens. You're gonna unleash your inner superhero and pay MORE than the minimum on that chosen debt. The "How To Get Out Of Bad Debt" book suggests a cool $500, but if your wallet's feeling a bit shy, throw in as much as you can muster. This should be the one debt that's ready to tap out the quickest, like a villain who's had enough.

Step 3: Forget what the experts say about tackling your biggest debt first. That can be a real buzzkill when you realize just how long it takes to defeat that monster. Instead, focus on the debt you can knock out in the least number of payments. It's all about making those wins pile up like a mountain of chimichangas!

Step 4: Oh, and when that debt falls, take a moment to CELEBRATE! Picture yourself, doing a victory dance with a mariachi band – that's the level of celebration we're talking about here.

Step 5: Rinse and repeat, my friends! Move on to the next debt that you can smite in the fewest payments and keep going until you're riding the debt-free rainbow.

So, there you have it – a debt-crushing strategy that's as fun as a chimichanga feast and as effective as my ninja-like moves. Get ready to dance all over those debts and unleash your financial awesomeness!

Hold onto your tacos, folks, 'cause I've got a story that's gonna blow your mind! Picture this: I've got a client, a real financial ninja, whose job is to sniff out money hidden in the nooks and crannies of people's lives – money they didn't even know existed. For instance, one lucky guy didn't have a clue he had ten grand chilling in an account somewhere. Talk about a surprise party for your wallet, am I right?

Now, I get it, these are some seriously outlandish examples, but here's the kicker – one of the biggest expenses you've got is the money you didn't even know you lost. Imagine life chugging along, business as usual, and you're sipping on your morning coffee, blissfully unaware that there's a pile of moolah just itching to jump into your bank account.

2) Fix Your Credit -

Now, picture this: having bad credit is like walking around with a bullseye on your back, and it's gonna cost you a pretty penny – 50% more, to be precise – than if you had the golden ticket of good credit.

Let's break it down with a little scenario, shall we? You stroll into a dealership, all swagger and charm, ready to snag that sweet ride for a cool $15,000. But, hold up, if your credit's in the gutter, that same car's gonna set you back a whopping $30,000. Yep, you heard me right, it's like paying for two cars when you could've had one.

So, here's the deal, my friends – having good credit is like having a golden ticket to the financial amusement park, where everything's a breeze. But bad credit? Well, that's like standing in line for the most torturous ride, and you're gonna pay a hefty price for it.

3) Eliminate 50% Of Your Debt -

Hold onto your chimichangas, because we're about to dive into some serious money-saving secrets! You see, there are these pesky laws that the banks love to use against you, racking up high fees and making you shell out more cash because, well, they're counting on you not knowing any better.

But guess what? You can turn the tables on those sneaky banks and give 'em a taste of their own medicine. That's right, it's like flipping the script and using the money-saving secrets of the ultra-rich to take a big ol' bite out of your debt.

How much, you ask? How about slashing up to 50% of that debt monster! Imagine that, shedding half of your financial burden like a snake shedding its skin.

So, gear up, my fellow financial daredevils, 'cause we're about to learn how to use those laws to our advantage and show those banks who's boss. It's time to unleash your inner money-savvy superhero and make that debt disappear like it owes you money – which, in a way, it does!

4) It Takes Money To Make Money -

Ah, my fellow financial adventurers, we've been on quite the ride learning how to escape the clutches of debt. But hold onto your chimichangas because here's a nugget of wisdom you can take to the bank: "It takes money to make money."

I can hear you now, saying, "Wait, I barely have enough money as it is, and this sounds like a frustrating cycle with no light at the end of the tunnel." Well, don't worry, we've got your back. We've already shared some sneaky tricks to cut those expenses and even unearthed some hidden freebies you didn't know existed.

Now, let's talk about debt, my friends – there are two kinds. First, there's the bad debt, the kind that's like an anchor dragging you down. Think credit card bills and car payments; these are what we call expenses, and most of you are probably stuck in this quagmire.

But then, there's the good debt – yeah, you heard me right, good debt. This is the kind of debt that puts money back in your pocket. Let me tell you about one of my mentors, the guy had a hefty $90,000 in student loans and another $90,000 in credit card debt, a grand total of $180,000 in debt.

But here's where things get interesting – he went even deeper into debt by investing $8,000 in an income opportunity, and guess what? In just 30 days, that investment churned out a cool $10,000.

Now, why am I telling you this? Because that good debt, the kind that pays you, was used to slay the bad debt dragon. It's like a sword that slices through your financial enemies.

You see, the rich aren't working themselves to the bone; they're putting their money to work for them. Instead of burning the midnight oil, they're investing their hard-earned cash in various opportunities, letting it do the heavy lifting.

So there you have it, folks – a lesson straight from the financial playbook of the rich. What It Really Means Being Average

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="29"]

[adrotate group="30"]

In the book “Our Oriental Heritage” by Will Durrant wrote that a “A nation is born stoic, and dies epicurean” the stoics put off the comforts of the day for a future reward, and the epicureans believed to live for the day.

America was founded on these stoic beliefs and in 1905 American became the richest country in the world. In fact America became the richest country that had ever existed on the face of this earth however, just like every nation, America too will die epicurean. Today there are 12 other nations that are richer than the United States.

Americans had a standard of excellence. However, instead of being the best we got comfortable with the idea of just being good enough. This lowering of standards have impacted almost every area of our lives including…

Economist Paul Krugman has said in his Master Class speech that when he was growing up nobody was overly concerned getting rich because everyone was going to win. Earl Nightengale in his book “The Strangest Secret” which was published in 1957 that the American economy has been designed for you not to fail.

In fact to live the lifestyle of a middle class family 1960 you would have to earn between $180,000 to $1,000,000 a year as of the year 2015.

Because of this lowering of standards too many people have gotten soft and live for the day and not where those choices you make will lead you to tomorrow.

What it means to be average

Being average, at one time use to be something to be proud of. A term that many from my parents generation is familiar with is “An Honest Days Pay, For An Honest Days Work” however, many people started losing for shortcuts.

People started to look for work where they could get paid as much as they could for the lest amount of work. You may have heard companies owners say “It’s Hard To Find Good Help”. So many of them began to user cut there customers. Destroying the trust businesses had with their customers.

To be average no longer means what it once meant

America use to lead the word in it’s academic skills. However, The article from https://www.wyliecomm.com/2019/03/us-literacy-rate/ points out that the average American has a 3rd grade reading level.

According to an article from https://www.inc.com/bill-murphy-jr/just-how-fat-are-americans-a-stunning-new-government-study-just-revealed-truth.html which shows that in 1960 the average adult man weight 166 lbs. However, by 2016 the average man weighs 197.9 lbs.

Body Mass Index (BMI) rose from 27.8 to 29.1 for men since 2000, and from 28.2 to 29.6 for women. A normal or healthy BMI is supposed to be between 18.5 and 24.9.

Body fat leads to a number of life threading illnesses. If you are average you will probably die from heart disease, cancer, chronic lower respiratory diseases, stroke, and unintentional injuries. Together they accounted for 63 percent of all U.S. deaths
( See article: https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2014/p0501-preventable-deaths.html

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported a median personal income of $865 weekly for all full-time workers in 2017. The U.S Bureau of the Census has the annual median personal income at $31,099 in 2016. Real per-capita disposable income was $45,646 as of October, 2019.  (See article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_income_in_the_United_States )

The median household income hit $61,372 in 2017, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. That's almost $20,000 more than it was in 2000. But the typical American household now carries an average debt of $137,063. The median debt was only $50,971 in 2000.

Again, to live the lifestyle of a middle class family you need to earn between $180,000 - $1,000,000 a year. The number #1 reason for divorce is neglect due to over working and money is the #1 reason for divorce.

The average age for a couple going through a first divorce is 30 years old and 60% of divorces involve spouses who are between the ages of 25 and 39. Women are more likely to file for divorce than men and the divorce rate is highest for African-American women aged 50 to 59.

https://www.thebalance.com/how-long-do-average-u-s-marriages-last-4590261

Divorce has more than doubled since 1960 as the following article from https://www.nationalaffairs.com/publications/detail/the-evolution-of-divorce points out. We will not going into it in this article but children need both parents in their lives to grow up productive. Can they survive with one? Yes, but studies have proven to for a child to live up to their potential they need both parents during their formative years.

The average American use to spend 6 hours watching TV every night however, instead of TV people have switch it to watch movies, youtube video or playing games on their phone.

According to an article published at https://www.marketwatch.com/story/people-are-spending-most-of-their-waking-hours-staring-at-screens-2018-08-01 American adults spend more than 11 hours per day. That's up from nine hours, 32 minutes just four years ago

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="29"]

[adrotate group="30"]

So when you break this down, the average American is lazy, sick, fat, broke, and dumb!

Past of our mission is to help raise you up to be ranked in the top 10 percent of the highest performers in all areas of your life. As you saw in our module “Learning To Live” most people will only try to fix their problems once they are in enough pain. But most people will only work on themselves lessen the pain but once the pain has subsided enough they will go back to their normal everyday of life where they will spend most of their time trying to escape their problem rather than doing something about them.

I was not alive at the time but my parents told me in the 1960’s people did not complain about that someone else was doing better than they were. People complain about how someone else is richer than they are and that they are not rich. Today people complain about the privileges you have that they don’t have such as white privledge, their also those who claim if you are thin you are privileged as the following articles at https://everydayfeminism.com/2012/11/20-examples-of-thin-privilege/ points out.

Yes, there are situations that may be out of your control that makes things more difficult for example Because of lowering our standards of excellence if you are average you are more likely to die before the average of 75 of diabetes, cancer or other lifestyle illnesses however, this does not mean it is out of your control.

You perhaps have adapted to the modern culture and have wimped out refusing to take responsibility for your action. We are all born with certain gifts and disadvantages the key is to use your gifts to your advantage.

Your disadvantages may not be your fault but it is your responsibility to overcome them. To become truly successful you must become what we call in the module “Learning To Live” as a high performer.

[adrotate group="1"]

[adrotate group="29"]

[adrotate group="30"]

These are people who already have a pretty good life, but they are always seeking ways to improve their life, because they know on average a person will experience a major tradgeity every 18 months.

So unlike most people instead of waiting for a problem to occur theses people try to solve their minor problems before they turn into big problems.

Many of these people are less educated, less connected, have less money, and came from more dysfunctional families than your but still managed to overcome every obstinate they came up against to become a high performer.

When someone tries to develop some area of their life most people fail. But when you stick with it long enough, your odds of success greatly increases as you saw in the article “The Odds Are Against You”. This is especially true when you combine it with the right knowledge.

For example we know that most marriages end in divorce however, The Gottman Institute has studied married couple for over 30 years which can pinpoint with 94% accuracy of whether a couple will stay married by the couples fighting style.

So it is not enough to say that majority of marriages end in divorce but what are the things that over time that lead to the divorce? The same is true when you talk about diets that failed, money issues, business failures.

When people fail at anything it is because of one of the 33 reason they failed. However, there are 17 principles that cause people to succeed.

So our goal is to develop you into a high performer.
